Where should I go when I arrive at Antalya Airport?

Please call the number on your e-ticket as soon as we know it will be late so we can arrange alternative transfers if needed. If you're more than 45 minutes late, we may need to send another driver, so it's a good idea to let us know.
If you are more than three hours late, you must rebook your transfer with us and make a claim with your travel insurance.

If you have chosen Antalya Airport Private Transfer, our driver will arrive at your accommodation at the time specified on your e-ticket. We ask that you be ready 15 minutes before your pick-up time and have your e-ticket with you to show the driver.
We recommend that you be at your pick-up point 10 minutes before your bus arrives and have your e-ticket ready to present to your driver. If your bus is delayed, call the emergency number on your e-ticket and we'll find your driver.
